I accidentally ordered a 140/60 tyre for my SR rear when i should have ordered a 130/60 :glare: Would it be possible to fit this tyre or should i send it back and get a 130?

Hmm be careful......the 140/60 is also taller (same aspect ratio but wider section makes it about 4" longer around the circumference..hey presto gear-up) make sure you have at least 15mm of clearance between the tyre and the engine (tyres expand with heat and revs), it`ll clear the sides nicely but look at the rear of the engine (imediately behind the crank),there are strengthening webs cast there and the tyre will be very close. :eh:

if sending back is an option and cheap then do that, why didnt you go to a proper local tyre shop though? :confused:cratch:
