Evening as the title suggests my typhoon xr 125 is running way to lean and its eating fuel I'm getting like 52 to 56 miles out of a tank if I'm lucky and there are no leaks on it. Took my spark plug out today and it's brown at the end any one have any ideas the only mod is a technigas pipe not my choice it was already on it wondered if the jetting could be out but unsure.

On a std typhoon with Mikuni carb, it has a 86 main jet, that plug look's about right for a typhoon, it could use a 88 with the exhaust. Have you got the front tank fitted?

The typhoon 125/80cc have 2 petrol tanks, one under the seat and one in the nose r/h side connected by a large bore pipe. The jet's are 6mm.

Ah I didn't know that I know my brake fluid bottle is at the front on the left hand side I take it the front one is a reserve tank then. Cheers for the reply
