If anyone can help me in how to remove these darn things seems the previous owner didn't really take care much and they just starting to round off slowly with each try , any thing will help was even thinking to saw them off !! Help

you need WD40. a hammer, a good screwdriver, and maybe an impact driver, first give them a good soak in WD40. then after a little while, get your screwdriver and hold it firmly in place on the screw, hit the screwdriver with the hammer (i have hammer through screwdrivers, well worth buying) it should knock the rust loose, if that doesnt work you will need an impact driver, and if that doesnt work you will need to drill them out
