just purchased a pm alloy kit and im stuck for what jet and rollers i need. i currently have a polini sport . the jet is 90 but im unsure about the weight of the rollers as the writing has rubbed off. can some one at least give me a rough jet and wieght so i can play with it from there. cheers.

im assuming ur using a open filter and a 21mm as that seems about right.. the jet isn't going to be much different but you might need to change needle position air/fuel mix..
get a pack of jets as u might need to upjet because of the weather if you havent already..(depends on how well ur carb was set up in the first place.
    get a pack of rollers 4.7 5 5.5 6.0 and play

hmm a bit funny how pm are able to sell an aluminium kit for less than a cast iron kit (wonder how much they actually pay to produce one and how the quality of it reflects that HMMM :glare: and note all the rest say where its made on there website (in italy, as it should be, material and quality wise) sounds abit to good 2 b true imo.

but yeah if what they say is true about 13bhp and 10000 rpm (which 4 sum strange reason, i dont, cant think why) then technically it would be in the mid race category and a full circle crank would be advisable along with taller gears as a neccesity

it is possible to buy quite a few alloy kits that are cheaper, or around the same price as a polini cast iron, if you shop around.
