typhoon runs but no electrics?

i got a typhoon that runs off kick start and key but the electrics dont work.

power is getting through the loom when the engine runs but only around 1 volt max on multimeter.

loom is in good condition, fuses are ok and engine runs all day long

any ideas???

nah nothing works at all not even with a good battery

im thinking maybe stator needs looking at or something?
