typhoon problem

just bought another typhoon 172 but it has a problem hoping someone can help me out.... the bike starts and rides but then 10 mins later the bike would lock up and stay locked for a while after that the bike will start and ride again. i was told give it a engine rebuild but just wanted to confirm it

 

sounds like a heat sieze to me ?

 

need a new piston and engine casing flooded with oil cup full of oil in the casing
