I was riding at about 40mph when it started losing power, i was going full throttle and it was only going 20, felt sluggish too
It cut out so I left it and came back 4 days after, sounds like its about to start but doesnt.
I checked the spark plug, hand over air intake etc however its not starting.
I think i've blown my 70cc kit, is the losing power a symptom of it?

Could be, it sounds like you've seized it and scored the piston and barrel. You've lost compression, hence the 'trying' to start but not quite starting.

Yup, blew a hole in the piston and the rings snapped and had dented the piston lol
