I was riding at about 40mph when it started losing power, i was going full throttle and it was only going 20, felt sluggish too It cut out so I left it and came back 4 days after, sounds like its about to start but doesnt. I checked the spark plug, hand over air intake etc however its not starting. I think i've blown my 70cc kit, is the losing power a symptom of it?
Could be, it sounds like you've seized it and scored the piston and barrel. You've lost compression, hence the 'trying' to start but not quite starting.
