Been riding my ped about today and earlier on my clocks were working fine but i just went on it again and the needle/arm whatever you call it gets stuck on around 40km/h and stays there even when the ped is at idle. I turned my ped off and it slowly went back down to 0 but then after it jus got stuck and stayed I think its gone back to 0 now but does anyone know the problem should I just get a new set of clocks

Have you checked the gear near the wheel what the cable goes into?
If it aint the speedo cable its usually that slipping.

Might be your speedo cable itself.
Take the cable out of the clocks and see if its still tunring whilst the bikes at idle.

If you need new clocks I have some.

the speedo cable dosnt turn when the engine is running.

the problem sounds like the spring that controls the needle rate, look for another set of clocks.

before you do though, make sure its not just grit in it or something.

I meant if the cables snapped the vibrations could cause it to spin.

You need to find out if its the cable at fualt or your clocks.
