do you have an open filter on it? is the plug cap in good condition? is there a new plug in there? is the earth attached to the engine securley (black wire on starter motor under the engine, other end under the right side rear pannel) could be a few things tbh.

so take it to somebody who knows about bikes and pay them some money... the joys of motoring. it costs money, its possible to do things yourself, but people seem to think they can know absoloutly nothing, come on a forum and perform miracles....

the haynes manual is VERRY thorough with general problems, should be your first port of call.
