Finally blew my piston rings and fucked the piston so now converting to a 70cc :), this is not going to be a massive or brilliant project, money restricts that but it will be happening soon. Just ordered the new 70cc kit. only using a motoforce 70cc kit due to the fact this needs to be a daily runner, ordering a new tt exhaust, new air filter and a complete respray of the panels. this is how the bike sits now, there will be updates on tuesday :)

If it's your daily hack don't bother with the airfilter.

Take it's fitted properly . :) .,adjuster at throttle // mines screwrd 1/2 in +secured b locknut...yours similar?-not screwed in properly lip resting on lip instead of 1/2 in-locked down.
I also have 2 slots in throttle to mount different length cables.you?

atm the issue is the throttle does not spring back on the handle bars and it doesnt even pull the little thing in the carb, honestly pissing me off i only replaced that cable last month now i have a feeling its broken again. well back to the shop who fitted my cable because i was to lazy, hopefully if complain enough they will sort it cheap enough i cant be bothered anymore and work gets in the way :(
