Typhoon 183 power problem

    Hi i have Typhoon with Malossi A/C bored to 67.5mm a bit of porting to the exhaust height,reed cage with rd350 reed valve 36pwk and pm59 exhaust.The variator is all stock except from green clutch springs.My peoblem is when you get to the powerband and you go full throttle the bike just revs an doesnt go anywhere sometimes pulls hard.... can ypu please someone reply..

    Hi you mean the clutch springs variator is nearer the front on crankshaft. clutch with springs is connected to wheel at the back is the clutch slipping have u checked for glazing of pad material and clutch operation is all smooth just a thought im sure someone more qualified will help soon.

    today i took of my clutch and the pads was worned a bit i change it whith an used one in good condition...now the bike is more responsive and no slip thanks
