hi do they do a race cdi unit for a typhoon 125 i cant seem to find one? and also iif they dont use ont can i use a gilera runner stater and the malossi cdi thank paul
nah, the ac stator is a peice of shit really.. use the wc stator with the wc flywheel and tap the holes for the fan screws. then you can fit a malossi cdi. tbh its not worth it unless your doing seriouse engine work but the wc stator works wonders on an ac engine alone
well i have got a wc starter so mite aswell use it the sec of the bike is a typhoon 125 engine with malossi crank malossi exhaust mallssi clutch and varitor 28mm carb (caould u please give me a jet size to work down from thank) and matched csign and matched exhaust port

that what i was going to use, i now they r gd carbs and quite easy to set up! could u give me sum mesuerment to what to take the parts and and tranfer ports to please as sum1 is doing it for me one day in the weeek thakns paul
deoends how much? what iss orung with the flatside u r using the carb is nearly brand new got used to run a rs125 int then had bigger carb fitted
not gona give you inner port mesurements but the inlet feeds should have around 4mm left once ground. all im giving out
200 for case and barrel in and out no internal no build 300 for inner to road/race spec. add 60 quid if you want it built

ok, have to pm me pics of the barrel as it might have been done badly for all i know and ill have to match it.. i want 250 for just bare case..then send ya barrel down an ill nock a bit off for the matchin then whatever else you want done we can talk ok..
it s was off sum1 who youst to race it on x race (it was a blue gilera ice with typhoon lump) cant remember his name muite be itrested could u do it for 250 and match it up to my kit and makes sure everuthing is ok
