typhoon 125 front pulley

    my front pulley in side my engine casing is making noise im sure it is the front pulley scraping against the engine casing

    whip the side case of and have a look, see if you can see anything wrong, and try an get some pics ;)

    right, have you put enuff washers in front of the pulley before you do the nut up? and is the pulley sittin ok on the shaft?

    i put one washer before the nut and yh its sitting nicely on the shaft

    the belt was holding the pully out as you did it up... make sure the belt is slack and the pulley is fully on the crankshaft befor doing the nut up.
