i got a 125 typh with a 25 mm carb . the twist grip i have to twist virtually 3/4s the way round to get the revs up . is this the cable stretched or alot of adjustment . i have followed the cable to a junction box which joins with the oil pump cable i believe . does it all come as one piece or 2 ???
yh thought that . erm just a pain cause im sure it aint opening the carb fully cause i only got a little bit of throttle . aint gonna be adjustment thats wayyyy to much
Why dont you turn your ped off, take your filter off and twist the throttle and inspect the slide movement, see if alls good first
lol also theres one at the oil so put a mork in permanat marker on ya casin sum were so u no were oil was if u adjsut it majorly set it back with the 2 stroke cable adjuster lol .maybe you need a lil bit more oil if uv upraded to bigger carb n kits is it all set up sweet rollers clutch springs contra jet n filter n belt
You realise you can open the splitter. That little round thing attached to the belly panel. Then the cables split into three wires from that. You have the long throttle cable and then two smaller one goes to the carb and the other fuck nose it escapes me at this moment. The point is the splitter opens to give three cables.
sweet gonna have a look at that tomoz then . im lucky cause theres a piaggio main dealer like 2 mins from my work aswell so parts wont b an option . i think its just the cable and bit of carb adjustment ??
from throttle to splitter then splits to oil pump and throttle cable to carb/slide adjuster on carb adjuster at oil ump adjuster at handle bars as far as i know
