i got this bike as a half built project with a typh 125 engine then got new panels off a mate and then started to rebuild the bike completely gonna get a 59 very soon but i always wanted to build a typh gilly so i got hold of a fullly modded gilly engine specs 172 bore standard carb (25mm not fitted need main jet bolt) polini secondary gears malossi clutche malossi variator malossi crank vx forks only few bits left i need a 125 rear calliper a new fuel tap new rear tyre and loom needs a good lookin at hopefully minor will have time to have a look will give him free typh side panels for doing it but few lugs missing
yer need to bend the mounts but dnt wana do it till i seen some1 elses to know how to do it tidy and gonna cut my belly panel after that to fit it and put mesh over my rad so it look tidy got nrg water bottle inside hte front panel
swear mallosi dont make longstroke,,,wat u meen bend the mounts wat mount u can use a very thick spacer to even it out
hmm, ye can come over whenever really... home now. but ye, ill tell you from looking at it if tis a longstroke or not. let me know when's good. tonight is doable if your about, aint ridden the lil 50 in a coup[le weeks LOL
On the radiator theres 2 loops at the top with holes in for bolts. u can bend them to an angle and it will make the rad sit perfect lining up with the panels.
