oioi basicly i have an aerox dat i have taken the washer out of but nt the exaust cone i really want a big bore kit but i want double figure hp what would be the cheapest way of doing this? obviously it would have to be reliable to thanks lee
well the most reliable sports kits like the polini/malossi cast irons only give high single figure h.p at the back wheel anything from 7 to 9 hp... so for 10hp and higher the malossi MHR rep kit would be a good reliable choice of course bigger carb...good sports/mid race pipe would be needed amongst other things!!!

The best you will find on eBay is 2 extreme products. Go for big names, you then know you will get something that will last, be worth the money and will have warranty. http://scooter-center.com Well i know some people will disagree with me but i think scooter center is the best to buy from, easy site to navigate around, easy payment system and within 1 week they will be at your door! Although i don't think they work weekends. Can i just ask though, if you are on a budget why do you want to double hp? If you buy a £150-£200 70cc kit and then buy a £50 cheap ass crank that says "Maximum revs 16000" (which isnt true). It would be costing you more money in repairs. I know i didnt help, but.... nice to meet you lol
www.pmtuning.co.uk my mate orderd his polini sport kit sunday came on tuesday fitted by me on wednesday happy days
well ive heard good things about them kits, meant to be quite powerful so i wouldnt risk it on a standard crank...
if you want a decent reliable sport setup, go for polini sport 70 kit... lazer x pro exhaust... 21 ml carb... then set it all up perfectly there is a guide on the homepage which explains all this...... with prices and hp figures.
Cheap, fast and reliable don't go together. You have a few options... The budge quick tuning setup from http://www.scootershack.co.uk/budget50guide.html but it will go bang. Or you spend more to get the same performance with more reliability. MHR Rep with a Yasuni City 16 and hope you crank can take it. You just can't do it unless it's a 172. 50cc are expensive to tune and are unreliable at anything thats getting quick.
then it seizes on thursday........... loooool joking seriously if you want double figures and you want reliabilty, why dont you buy a 125???
decent built iron 70 with a good matched pipe prepped right with the right bits an bobs can hit 10bhp reliably... a typh is around 7 stock, the torque is 4 times the ammoutn of a 50 tho
