I am new to these forums and was just wondering what i can do to tune my little ped i have already got a racing exhaust (not an expensive one mind) and a polini foam air filter, the carb has been upjetted (im not sure what size it is now), and i have i polini kevlar drive belt, I was wondering what cheapish modifications i can do to my bike to get more speed (i already get around 50 ish goes off my speed so not sure on top end ;))

What model of exhaust is it? Is the air filter the kind that goes inside the original airbox or is it the open kind?

The next stage for you would be a 70cc cylinder and taller gearing. The bike will run better with the original airbox and filter.

I was told it would be quicker with a open foam filter is there anything else I can do to it that doesn't cost much to do

tbh they dont make any difference unless on a real high end engine.
There arent really aany other things you can do unfortunately.
The 70cc kit gives you more power, a sports one wont really make the engine rev much higher. But it will give you enough power to pull taller gearing which will increase your speed.

Get a motoforce sport 70 or similar for reliability at a good price.

Thanks for your help while we're talking about my bike I seem to be making power when accelerating out of a corner but I have more acceleration for a start to 30 take 5 seconds where as out of a corner it takes that to go from 20-30

Were lighter rollers fitted along with the exhaust? If they are a touch heavy you can get lag when trying to reaccelerate
