    youve got a few options...

put a 70 kit on and stay quiet,

put a stage6 70cc street race kit on, it has 49cc stamped on it even though its 70cc..

dont accept the £100 and lift off your dad, just save up a bit longer...

port the std barell and fit a laser xpro exhaust with a 17.5mm carb ;)

did you just recomend a shop fit a 70 kit? :msn1: LOL

do it at a m8's house.. or find a lift somwhere else.. a pipe is just as bad as a 70 kit

could buy a sport 50cc barrel.

accroding to scooter-attack, they say some of their 50 sport kits are not far off the sport 70 kits?#

    cud b bull though

a good 50cc kit could easily be as good as sport 70.

minor could probs make a normally 50 cylinder quicker than a sport 70.

but if you swappin barrels might as well drop a 70 on.

my runner has a pm tuning exhaust , 21mm carb and an open air filter and it went off the clocks wich i think is pretty impressive for a 50

a pipe... thats it. can go bigger carb, variator blah blah but its money for fuck all gain really. the fact is any engine can be made amazingly quick without replacing parts.. but the barrels on these lil scoots are literally one big restriction. no engine should have such a shoddy produced peice of shit bolted to it (ANY moped is the same)

i seriously wouldnt recommend experimenting with a Dremel, if you dont know what you are doing :wtf:

porting a 50 kit is no different to fitting a 70 kit in terms of the law!!!

anything you do to make your scooter go faster than 30ish mph is illegal...

you think the courts are gonna be more lenient on you for your ingenuity of
porting a 50 barrel to produce near 70cc performance :x

its my dad hes not botherd aslong as its not over 50 cc
ive done porting on my old aerox and ive read many books it wouldnt be serious porting either just clearing up casting flaws and widening the exhasut port and making sure the window edges are 8degrees

you could just bore the stock cylinder and port it
there is enough meat in there to go to 70cc

ye, tis the old school way an as wax stated theres plenty room... ports need lots of attention tho and you still have to buy the bigger piston. fact is your gonna get a 70 kit eventually so dont even think about it. just start modding it and go from there. conditions are rarely kept :D
