Hey I got a 100 speedfight and having troubles with it got a viper exhaust on it a Malossi air filter and can’t figure the right jet size I’m currently on. 95 ordered 98 tried 102 Wa shit tbh dint move just plodded 95 best I had so far and it take off slow then engages the power also have a nother question when I pick the back end up wen bike is just ticking over the back wheel spins freely like i’m hitting revs but am not it’s strange as aha
if a 95 is kinda close i would be gong up in single sizes IE 96 -97 - 98 to find the sweet spot. wheel rotation on idle is usually the clutch trying to engage slightly early could be down to the rollers are a little heavy now. with that new pipe your making power in differnet areas that would be with the stock pipe , so your idle rpm has shifted a little and hence is starting to engage the clutch very slightly

Buying jets one at a time is useless, you need to buy the packs of ten, various sizes, and jet it properly. It's not a quick thing to do but it will get the best results. As for the rollers, yes they are probably a bit too heavy, heavier rollers throw out easier thereby engaging the belt earlier than wanted and you not getting the pull away that you want. But rollers that are too light will give the opposite effect of revving its nuts off before it moves. Again, its a game of finding the right balance, all trial and error. A lot of scooters will turn the back wheel when its off the ground, what counts is if the scoot is trying to pull itself forward when its on the ground with next to no revs being applied. If as and when you get the right roller weight sorted, then you can start playing with the torsion spring/clutch springs to increase the time between revs and take off. Buying a new clutch and hoping it cures the problem is wasting money in my opinion, sort the jetting first, you'll know when you hit the right jet size, then play with the rollers, then play with the clutch if necessary.
