like this? 70cc alukit, high comp head, bullet pipe, 21mm carb, bigger intake to suit carb, mallossi reeds, polished exhaust port and combustion chamber, good for around 90kmh at a guess (i wont take it there, the brakes are useless)
probably can, but its not worth the effort, if i want to go fast i take the honda out (breaks all the speed limits in second gear). i upgraded the front brake a little already by making a longer arm on the brake cam thing, but its still not very good, i only use the scoot for buzzing around town
