possibly over ritch mix, could be flooding, could be a spark plug oiled up.

not trying to be nosey but you said you had the work done by bys?

did they jet the carb for you aswell etc?

    140 jet seems silly.

what premix ratio are you running? because aeroxes have an un-adjustable auto lube so you could have just extremely overoiled it.

therefore fouling the plug hence its not starting.

The 28mm carb is fine, I think what jamie is saying is that the jet is massive for a 70cc.

Whip the plug out give it a clean, also I thought it needed 50:1 premix?

ye, they run stupidly big jets tbh... koso carbs are a total pile of WANK imo...

need to empty that fuel out an dump it.. bang in some 50:1 and a fresh plug.. sort your transmission then go by plug colour.. all i can sudgest if youve already read the guide on jetting.

right... 50:1 is LESS oil than 33:1 (whoever told you this must have tuned bikes in the 60's when the oil was total shit)

the jetting isnt an issue.. tune the transmission. if it did the same with other carbs its fuck all to do with jetting, ether way a 400 jet would run up to 3/4 throttle...

lighter rollers... then rejet. need more than just a main jet to tune these carbs and as i said there made poorly.. venturi is twisted, the threads are rough tapped so they work loose all the time.. the nipples snap off. total waste of money. go for a real pwk carb (yes there are some branded as real that are not also.. there NOT made in thailand where as ALL the copies are)

Whip the reeds out and check that theyre sealing against the reedcage properly. Also when you change the oil mixture give it abit of time to run itself through before you assess the difference. I would stil order some smaller jets and see how it runs. does it accelerate fine up to half/three quater throttle?
