My bike is a Honda Dylan 125, but i think this question is more generalised, and im looking for advice from people who know more than me (probably most of the regulars on here)

I have a problem with slow acceleration between 0-10mph. I have recently changed the belt and variators and set them up as suggested by AndyWalsh. This has changed the bike acceleration between 10-50mph to quite fast, the other suggestion of a venom exhaust is happening later this week. But inital accleration in the first 10mph is hellishly slow, and on any sort of hill, almost non-existent. Once it hits 10mph, then its like a rocket.

From what i understand of the problem, it may be the clutch. But i know very little about clutches, except the very basics, and where it is located. So can anyone give me advice on what to check to ascertain if this is the problem.

Thanks for any advice you can offer.
