Trampolines Are Dangerous!!!!

not been the best weekend, yesterday i was in hostpital due to fucking my ankle up just jumping on my trampoline!!


cant even walk :msn1: i need to rest it for like 2 weeks then try walking on it again! fuckin shit, but the doctor says its just really badly bruised

my daughter done the same to her ankle a couple of weeks back, took her to hospital and they wouldnt put a bandage round it all all, and told her she had to walk on it! apparently it heals better arc:
