    Halfords do 2.

Their small one does 8-65 Nm

I've got both but their not the cheapest - think i paid around 45 for that one and 60ish for the big one years ago.

    What does that mean?

Yes, you'll get cheapo ones and that may be fine to use once in a while on a scooter.

However i use them frequently on scooter/car/motorbike so bought something decent. If you check machinemart Halfords price equate pretty well to equivalent quality from the likes of Laser, Kamasa etc so they're hardly a rip off.

You buy cheap, you buy twice, especialy with tools.
