Torque setting help please

    can any one help me with what the torque settings are for the crank case bolts and head nuts on a gilera runner 50cc 2000 model liquid cooled

    Thought it was a bit of a long shot any one knowing, I’ll get a Haynes lol

    hmm, i have a link to a pdf haynes i should be able to grab for you, if not, i have a haynes manual arriving hopefully tomorrow for the later model gilera runner, i gather it should be the same? mine is a 50cc 2009 sp pure jet :)

    no problem! wondering if you would be able to help me out with my bike, had a problem with the key barrel after a group of scroats tried to pinch it! would appreciate it if you could share anything on that matter if you have dealt with it on your bike. thanks very much.

    Crank case 12-13nm

    Head nuts 11-12nm

    Just incase any one else is in need

    Yeah sure there’s a clip that slots over to hold the barrel in hang on I’ll put a pic up

    It’s a big clip... is that what you needed to know, how it’s secured ?

    ah i saw that in a pic i saw online. Im just really confused to how that clip will actually hold it in though? what does it actually grab onto? also, i gather that clip is lost since the only one i have is for the electrical switch at the back, it probably fell off when they tried to break it.
