it depends on your IQ really, to a monkey it could take upto 6 months but your average human can see that discs are a bolt off bolt on item and pads are nearly as easy.

    you will need:
    suitably sized socket
    WD40 (more than likely)
    copper grease
    allen key (possibly)
    at least 5 brain cells

if its bolts use the CORRECT RING ENDED spanner as it wont round them off.. if allen keys just go buy a socket allen key.. the pissy argos angled ones are about as much use as a disolvable condom

Disks are prone to sticking and bolts seem to be naff on them. For mine I removed the wheel and used a special tool (Maybe someone can guide me in the right direction of what it's called) on allen key heads.

It's like the shape of a electric screwdriver and you hit a hammer on top of it and as you do it twists it in the direction you want and undoes the bolt. Might be irrelevant as I'm not sure how much these knock about for.

can do it with an impact driver too... just means nockin the other side of the crank back a bit as it usually moves the crank from centre to right side heavy

managed to do it in the end. we had to use a heat gun to melt the glue as it had been sealed on. and then used an air gun on the bastard and it came off.
