Ever since i did all this work to my nrg understandably its uses alot more petrol
but i was wondering on things i could do to increase the fuel efficiency
i have a nrg mc3 02 and 20-30 miles would empty to the tank

To get that kind of fuel consumption, what have you fitted, an afterburner?

Aww, I was hoping he'd fitted a Rolls-Royce Olympus with full re-heat... There are a few going spare, now that Concorde doesn't fly any more.

Ahh - MHR. That's a good, sensible 'all days' kit. As a matter of fact I am using the exact same thing at the moment, which says a lot about what a sensible chap I am.
You could try using an airbox with a 20/25 mm intake hole. That would get the main jet down to something like 110/115 -
What's the main jet now? 130 odd?

Make sure your tyres have air, your wheel bearings are free and your brakes arent seized on
