Hi all in need of some help, been having serious issues with the vivacity and now in stumped long story short the bike preignited and ran on its own with ignition off, put this down to either shit oil or gasket sealer being burnt so flushed fuel and oil and used fresh fuel and castrol oil 50:1 ratio, fitted all new gaskets to 70 kit and inlet manifold also bypassed the aci100 cdi with motoforce racing cdi and 4 wire stator but now wont start on electric start, does on kick start and doesn't fire properly, seems intermitant, and when its running it will idle but as i rev it it wont rev as it should and the back wheel goes backwards slowly hence why have a feeling timing is out, had the issue before ended up being earth on starter motor but have checked that and its fine, also wiring on the cdi is as it should be anybody help me? Wheres the common earth found?
got it going after getting new cdi and going over the wire about 10 times everything is where it should be started it with kick start but as soon as it fired it revved its tits off and it didnt turn off after switching the ignition off so had to cut it out by blocking up the end of the exhaust, what would have caused this? i have just put all new fuel and oil in it, new gaskets and cleaned off all the gasket sealer on it due to the same problem happening before
