this guy is scamming and trying to get bank details also he is a major time waster and complete pisstake
yer but that is very dodgy bank transfers , why dont you just set up another email and do the pay pal or something its been a right pisstake this whole thing
and why is he banned from paypal if he's such a trustworthy guy? do NOT share bank details online. recorded delivery is fine to send cash up to 10k. if your banned from paypal theres a reason shouldent even get involved, but this is my opinion.

exactly he refused sending in the post and would only use bank details and if you and him are banned from paypal why is this you only get banned for scamming
