this morning i set off for work, and 2 miles down the road my rpms sped up to 9000 revs and it seemed like my throttle had froze at half way... bike wouldn't stop. so i turned ignition off and put the bike on the stand and turned it on, the bike continued to rev and the back wheel was going at speed, as if i was literally full throttle, so i unscrewed the idle screw a notch and played with the throttle and then it finally stopped.. what the hell happened, anyone know?
It's never happened before and today has been the worst weather yet.. I thought it was due to the weather conditions no? Bike is only a few months old
T hexagon tools haven't arrived yet, plus it's been snowing and with work haven't really had the chance mate no garage either just really baffled about this sticking acceleration really, almost crashed twice bcos of it... The throttle itself moves but the bike just continues revving and moving
