Throttle problem?

Just got on my bike to go home and I went to drive off got down the road went to turn right and the bike just cutted out then when I throttle its like loose like it just spins a bit??

handlebars. guarantee the cable has snapped as it comes out of the throttle inteslf.

if u aint got 1 lying about expect to be bikeless for a week if your ordering from piaggio.
