everything tight and secure on the carb? no air leaks etc round the inlets. i dont see how the cable would cause bogging as you can wind a ped throttle wide open from a standstill and it shouldnt bog

That's exactly what I thought just checked it all over and it's all good but still same issue:/ it smoking like a bitch too! So I adjust my mixture screw smoking stopped and it pulled off but bogged around 25/30mph :/

hmm i wouldnt go adjusting the mixture screw if you havent altered the bikes tune or running specs. clean the spark plug up and check that nothing has been knocked, did you take apart anything else? carb float jets area etc etc

Well I had to take the throttle out of float so there float was out and I had to disconnect throttle from oil pump cause I couldn't disconnect the throttle from the splitter

sort of, you need to go back and receck everything is corect, you may have knocked the carb float pin out or anything. chances are you have moved or knocked somthing and it needs putting back right.
