my throttles doing my nut, when i first got it i needed a washer between the bar end, and i couldent turn my idle up :msn1: and a while ago my boss rode it and i took the washer between the bar end and throttle off and it was fine. went to ace cafe on monday and it seemed REALLY stiff and notchy, and my mate rode it today and the throttle was geting stuck and if you wind it back with ur hand it gets to the top (no throttle) then goes further back and clips out of place and a part on the left pops out with it, but now i use a washer between the bar end and its smoother, but notchy and keeps popping out, its doing my head in because as i go off the throttle it clicks out of place and feels notchy and iv checked the cables for any damage and they seem fine, is it fixable or does the whole throttle assey need changing because something is popping out of place on the assembly any replys appreciated thanks
sounds like too much slack on the cable so wind out the ajuster at ether the throttle or carb end.. id change the splitter to carb cable first then change the other two as stiff throttles are dangerouse and totally untrustworthy
