This is why I hate the Police!!!

If some of you remember when I had my red Runner (evo panels) I got my 3 points and £60 fine for no L's or tax.
I produced my documents and paid my fine. I even rung them up to make sure they got my cheque and they confirmed they had. I though end of.

THEN!
Get a letter through yesterday.
From "Her Majestys Court Services"
They have sent my cheque back. Spelt my surname wrong. And have said
"Payment has been voided and a court sentace may follow"
So basically they just want more money out of me....
Yet the fucking officer said
"right, 2 ways we can do this, you take the 3 points and fine and thats the end of it, or we can take you to court. it up to you" So I obviously took the points and fine.
Are they allowed to do this!?? Its a fucking disgrace.
"oh i know, hes only 16, lets get some more money out of him an his family"
I fucking hate this country and everything to do with it!
And I now have a cheque which I cant even bank....

They was under my seat. I had nothing to mount them on with.

until then stop moaning, cant you still pay the fine. who did you get the cheque off to send to them

In the begning of they letter they said we MAY take some court action so you still have the chance to pay....

mate, why did they void the payment?did the cheque bounce?is it your original cheque they sent back? you need to find out why they didnt get there money,this is why theve taken it further.and while it might seem like its only L plates what you were doing was "driving other than in accordance with your licence" so no L,s=no licence=no insurance. lucky your bike wasnt crushed really.

 

Yeah I understand they could of done alot worse.
The cheque didnt bounce, it came from my parents account.
They sent me a cheque back from "Her Majestys Court Services"
But they spelt my surname wrong on it..... wankerz....
But I can't see them sending a cheque back and NOT taking me to court tbh..
But are they allowed to do this????

l plates are no good under your seat are they?

if you feel your capable to ride without them then do your full test.

 

basically, no tax is riding without insurance! so it is a death trap. the police can more or less do what they want, the fine didnt go through so they'll take u to court!. most probably tho, they wont bother as they never go through with it unless they need to get there statistics up! and having a ghost riding on a runner. dont think so some how!

 

yeah well obviously not as our runners aint turbo hyabusas r they was just a example but still aint stopped me doign burnouts, wheelies swearign at police whilst getting chased so same typa thing really

 

please tell us more on how not to get caught
