Ok i currently have the setup below and am thinking of getting a polini corsa 70 for more power. The things concerning me atm are that it will be a standard crank (4000miles), it has a 17.5mm carb dont no if i shud get bigger and finally says capable of 140kph is this with a gear up kit plz tell me what you all think thanks alot

yes you would need a new crank, and dont go for the corsa mhr rep is about the same price and its much better, 17.5 carb would run it but you wouldnt get the best out of it , try having a look round first before you aski bet this has been covered loads of times

i have tried looking round the search things is not to good lol and i thought the corsa had more power and was better so the mhr rep is better then and a new crank bollocks i dont have enough money

a new low mileage crank should handle it ok...

but it will wear out quicker :D

as dave said, also you are losing out on primary compression with a stock crank.

Why not go for a doppler crank or something?
If its a case of waiting a week extra for the cash to have a better crank thats what id do.

to be honest ive never used motorforce products,

so im not really qualified to comment on them.....

but why not have a look at the BGM cranks on scooter center, thats what ive got
and it seems more than up to the job ;)

or as already suggested by eski007, The stage 6 cranks seem very popular on the euro scene, i notice a lot of set ups much wilder than a corsa/rep using stage6 without problems ;)

just looked on scooter-attack and all the cranks are out of stock apart from this: CRANKSHAFT COMPETITION TOPPERFORMANCES, LONG STROKE:As above, apart from a longer stroke of 40.2mm. Gives slightly longer port opening durations and increases capacity by about 1.5cc. what do u think about it

mate listen to us, the mhr rep is better than the corsa all round but the 21mm and stage 6 crank are a good idea.
