thicking of painting the ped. ideas inspiration.

thinking of painting the ped as its got quite a few scratches and flakes in the paint. what colour should i do it? im thinking red and black or mebys a purple lol or just keep it the same?
so give us some ideas
also does anyone know what exhaust this is?
btw the pic is about 4 months old.
headlight faring is on.
new indicator lense.
wing mirrows.

 

nice ped.. i like the way it is to be honest but its totally up 2 u.. maybe black/yellow would look nice?

 

i was thinking of keeping it the same colour because i LOVE it but. i cant get that colour out of a tin the clocest i can get it fiat broom yellow or taxi yellow

i couldnt ride a yellow ped and feel manly so id swap it to black and yellow the other way round

its a mint colour but yeah
just looking for ideas now becuase its getting propper tatty and its flaking where there is deep scratches
think black and yellow would look cool like

 

i reckon all black with yellow rims, mudguards and other little bits would look good

 

ahhh buzzzzz i never new they done that. il have a look at the weekend.
how big is the can? because il be doing the whole ped except the black bit. if i keep it yellow.

 

the wheels need a good refurb there all scratched and chipped off my lock.

a while ago i was thinking of doing it just black with flurescent green or orange wheels that would look pretty cool.

the mini mix cans from halfords work well but go on very thin i used 7 to paint my zip lol n at a tenner a can its sumtimes cheaper to just get a pro to do it

my peds bigger than a zip!
forget that idea il just look in the auto shop down town because they have loads of paint choices

id probably lacquer over it a few times when iv finished.

 

yh if u use cans get many layers of lacquer on there coz it dont go on to well from cans can some times look a bit dull

 

i know how to spray
i used to spray mine and my mates bmx's lol
il be doing it part by part like rubbing down one part then priming, spraying, rub down then laquor.
never used laquor before.

 

leave it as it is please lol dont ruin it, looks mint!

 

lol u have sprayed something .that dont mean you know hot to spray lol .n if u think it does then your mistaken. n uv never used lacuer but yh u no how to spray lol spray away
