Well, I narrowed the atv problem down to the piston
Never known a 4t motor to lock up without dropping a valve

I painted a 600 Bandit 3 weeks ago, new customer of mine.
Called me up yesterday, bikes spitting oil out the pipe, running like it's on 3 cylinders.
My intuition is telling me it's dropped a valve......

Tried to get a hodgepodge of marquee bits to fit together. Broke 5 drill bits in the process.
Still just a pile of poles on the floor....
    Fuck.
    Norway is cold.

What's going on with the server? Can't upload pics!
Anyway my atv broke the cylinder...
    Piston is stuck on BDC...
I suspect the rod is bent/broken the piston is jammed hard against the barrel and it's all stuck together.

I know what you mean, I have an open one and a closed one but given the choice (my mrs likes the open one - less claustrophobic for her) I take the open one every time despite the weather etc

    Burgman's a runner, simple fix.
Reg/rec had gone south and dirty connections at the pick-up connector block.
Sort the brakes out today because they are sticking and in for MOT by Friday with a bit of luck.
