The right bulb?

Could somebody please help with this question.

What bulb do I need for the smaller lights either side of the two main centre lights for a new shape runner 125.

And if so, where could I get a blue pair (these are legal?)

EDIT: my manual sais 12v 3w all glass bulb, does it matter if i got a 12v 35w?

 

im not entirely sure but i think 35w might be too hot?
