WOW!!! that's one good reason to get up in the morning

 

the balcony is big enough to ride my scoot on! this house is amazing, we rent out a little over half of it which gives us about 1800 pound a month, thats how the bank let us have the mortgage.

 

i really want to praise one hell of a ebay seller.
been waiting for my brake fluid for about a week. thought strange, still hasnt come. message the seller. he promptly calls me up (this is today and its a saturday) i wasnt expecting a reply until monday. he apologised over and over and said its a small order but were only down the road from you i can drop it off in the next 30 mins for you because royal mail must of lost it or something, 30 mins later, true to his word, shows up with my brake fluid. WHAT A LEGEND! will be going over to buy parts from him soon.
