right guys

right bought my aerox 50 in may 07 started tunning it this august

spec

malossi 70cc mhr replica kit

polini reed block

21mm stage 6 black etd carb

moto force airbox

polini speed control

clucth springs

yasuni c21

it was all runing fine until my dad her me in the street pulling away it was pretty loud and it didn't take off slowly it was like a rocket

so i had to change my exhaust for yasuni c16 which was fine and he made me change my clucth spring which i soon replaced

and then 2 weeks ago i was coming down the a1 down a hill i was doing about 65+ and my bike just shutdown and i was left at the side of the road i went to kick it over and the kick start had jammed so i though seized
when it got home i stripped it down and looked at the mhr rep kit and it was fine the bottom of piston was a broken and the i pull the piston out to fine my condrod still attached

so basically i had snapped my conrod

now i am goin to rebuild it

my plans are

engine:

new crank

new bearings

gear up

piston

apperance

new str8 body kit

new tranny case and bolts and shock

i also goin to polsh my engine up

a quick question before i start what do i use to polish my engine i have autosol and wire wool, loyblocks and a buffing wheel

what do you use turfs for

i will keep updated

was that video with the c21 or is it the c16??

 

yeah i was just wondering if the scoot was stuttering off the line due to bad set up or too much pipe fitted...i.e full race c21 on a MHR rep kit

 

yeh it was the pipe wanted more power from mhr rep which the mhr couldnt give until top end revs

ps that vid was with the c21

right been to the local workshop today and managed to sort my labour out

it will be 100 pounds to fit everything



i am ordering the the crank and other engine parts today


as money is a bit tight i am goin to find a job for over the winter as there now really much work for a landscape gardener

the money off my job will go towards my visaul side aka body kit tranny case etc



any one got any ideas for a colour i thought about white with my black rossi wheels
