Im thinking of a 70cc kit for my Yamaha BW'S 50, thats all iv done to it is have a Doppler S3R exhaust put on and 4g rollers installed. I want to no if a 70cc kit is safe for the bike and what would be the best kit to go with???

reliablity, polini sport, airsal 70, malossi sport..

performance, stage 6, polini evo, malossi mhr etc !

you may get a bet rundown on them from others then me as ive only ever fitted one air cooled and one liquid cooled 70 kit..

dont forget to upjet 10-15% aswell as it will need more fuel to stop from seizing..

iron is cast iron, dont get billet barrels. ali barrels are somtimes iron sleeved so same reliability with better heat disapation. full ali nicasil barrels are the tits for power but once the bore wears the kits fucked (unless you wanna splash out 100 on re plating the bore) also the iron kits can use drop forged pistons where as nicosil need silica alloy cast pistons. theres pro's an cons to them all so think about what you want the bike for.. riding for fun or necisesity

aluminium is a perfomance kit, so they're the mhr rep etc, better off going with an iron kit unless ur getting a new crank!
