you need 2 go lower.. have a play around wiv it, try 3 of ur 5.7s and 3 8.0s but make sure u put dem in the right way.. e.g 5.7, 8.0, 5.7, 8.0, 5.7 etc..

Bought some 4.7's today just for a test. Now it revs its tits off to about 9500rpm then settles at about 9 but still isn''t pulling for shit. Mixed it with some 5.7's to make them 5.2's. Still not pulling. The 8's i had in before pulled better :/ Gonna wack the 6.5's in there the only ones i haven't tried. Also down jetting to a 72 tomorrow.
Heres one to through you off upgraded to a 70 kit and thought it was great with the laser. until today when i was out with my mate and his Speedy 50cc with a malossi variator and doppler s3r, and it was as quick if not quicker then mine.. So that was it. Tecniwank has been painted, Micron Sticker Applied, and now goes like shit off a shovel.
With my 17.5mm carb, 72 jet, Polini Corsa kit, Laser Pro-X, 4.5 rollers, I was clocked at 66mph...with my Typhoon....I would suggest a larger carb..... I am thinking of over range gears, and a new variator, any suggestions?
sopmthing is seriously up with that... check for air leeks/worn transmission componants/missing spacers/worn belt or the usual.. if its better with 8g rollers somthings FUCKED.. no piggy will ever need 8g rollers
I was thinking the exact same thing. Think the heaviest you should ever go on a piggy is 7.2, and even still thats too much really.
7.2 is the weight you run a stock bike with if the ONLY fitted part is a variator.. thats why they come wiht them... ive never run lower than 6g.. if 8g's work theres fuck all poweer there... so start sniffing about. somthings DEFFO not right
Im still learning with the scooters but the exhaust had some dodgy welding on it, but the exhaust wasn't blowing i dont think. i could cover the end of the exhaust and the engine would cut out. The inlet for my tecnigas is HUGE compared to my laser. It revs better with a tecnigas aswell
i just read back... you have a STOCK nrg with a pipe... and your running an 82 and 8g rollers? what jet did you take out of the bike?
