ok, i am gonna help my friend de restrict his yamaha neos later, and i have heard there is a cone in the exhaust, and im ment to drill it out apparently?. also there is a pipe coming off the exhaust before it his the actual end can, or baffle can, do i cut that pipe off? please someone explain. thanks.
