Yamaha aerox 2004. Once i put my pm clutch with blue springs on my bike it went awful.
I already had 3.5 rollers. Got a stage 6 exhaust and streetrace 70kit.
As i said it will take a while to get to 30 and then when it does its like the engine just kicks in and it will start to get quicker.

    Setup at the moment:

    Stage 6 streetrace 70kit
    Stage 6 Exhaust
    12mm Stock Carb
    Standard Variator
    3.5g Malossi rollers
    Standard Airbox
    72 Jet

SOOOOOO...... i gonna try my old rollers as on the pm clutch info it says "Comes complete with optional 20% tougher springs for high end performance motors" so obviously for top end my 3.5 aint gonna be the best so gonna put my 5.5g back in.

If anyone has the same problem or has a simular setup and knows how to solve it then help me out :)

No you dont 'need' a 21 mm carb, it would increase the performance but it would be a recommendation to get a bigger carb possibly a 17.5 mm
