Sym joyride 180 2009

Please help.
I have a sym joyride 180 that has trouble starting.
It takes about 10 - 15 times to start first thing.
Once its been running it starts fine.
I have put a new battery and spark plug on and
cleaned carb out.
Any ideas please ?

 

auto choke problem.
common problem.
replace with a new one and it should be fine.
