sym jet bar conversion

hi i got a sym jet 5o just started tunning it up and i wana do a bar conversion only thing is cant find a bar stem to fit it i looked online cant find any think need help please.do u think i could gring the old bars of the old stem and put the new ones on that

but no sign of a stem for a sym jet :glare:

has the sym jet got a seperate motorcycle clamp already, if not its going to be a case of adapting a mountain bike or BMX stem to fit....

 

woo thats one nice looking sym yee its got a seperate stem so if i take that off and get a bmx one or some think like that u think that would work cheers jordz

 

if it has a seperate stem, with motorcycle type bars, surely its just a case of replacing the bars...

 

shit sorry handle bars r not seperate stem if it get a bmx stem with the clamp would that work then change the bmx bars with motor cross bars

as long as the steering tube on your bike is the same diameter as the stem clamp your in business...

the guy selling the clamp has very kindly listed the clamp is 28.6mm, so youll have to measure yours
