SV650 "The Great Escape" & My CBR

Pics of the SV650 paintwork etc done by myself is a nato green matte flatted then polished up to give a satin effect, black is celly based with 8 coats laquer polished up, and frame done in satin black

All done after parts where stripped and prep taken care of

After this it was taken on a trip to the manx rally, and not long after was sold after my mate got an offer for it guy who bought it was over the moon with how it looked

And heres a few pics of my CBR 125 R4 its a 2005 carb model and has only got 647 miles on the clock yep 647 had it from new

 

thats nice in matt, my ex had a spiderman themed one that had an engine that had sat outside for about 6 years with no plugs in, she put it all together and put a new loom in it and sprayyed it but never took the engine apart...women huh! love the old shape sv's and the old shape rs's too bikes are too pointy now what happened to style?

 

the headlight reminds me of my scooters headlight, its kinda simalar

 

Cheers mate, and I know what you mean modern bikes are getting a bit too over styled

 

bike looks much bigger now try to get some wider tires and maybe some loud exhaust ?

 

Which one mate? The SV is long gone now, thou the CBR is being kept as it is

 

sv u should of kept it looks very good , and yh cbr is just too small for me lool

 

Wasn't mine mate I just did the bodywork n the guy got offered a good price for it, and lol I'm over 6 ft tall and the cbr is plenty big enough for me
