suzuki katana exhaust pipe.

    hey guys, was just wondering what would be the best race pipe for my suzuki katana 2002 telefonica movistart, its liquid cooled.
    if i fitted a new exhaust would i need to rejet and get new rollers too?
    would be great if somebody showed me what to get as its a quick accelerator but tops at around 37- id love to just get that few 5-10mph its all stock at the minute so please let me know!

    There is no best pipe. Use the Search been answerd before. Yes you have to upjet. Yes you need to change rollers and clutch springs. You sure the bike is de-restricted. Hope this helps.

    Just to add occasionally depending on what exhaust you buy, it will come with a set of suitable or near suitable rollers and a set of clutch springs chosen by the makers of the exhaust to aid the performance, although upjetting is all down to you :good:

    Jetting is a must. Has to be done. 10-15% increase. I recoemend you avoid Pm and Technigas Pipes.

    I can personally fully reccomend the Leo vince tt pipe if they do it to fit your model of bike, good, reasonbly priced pipe :cheers:

    I would recomend a yasuni r, leo vince zx, doppler s3r. Do not go near pm tuning exhausts

    Or technigas don't touch them lol. If you're tuning you can't beat a yasuni r for a sport setup. if you're just using a 50 use a yasuni z :)

    Yeah dont go near tecnigas haha sort of goes without saying :p i found yasuni r works well with standard setup too yasuni z was disapointing tbh! Just personal preference

    Dont get a gianelli they are cheap and holes blow out easily! Ive had 2 and the next one will definately not be a gianelli.
