Hi people. I have a suzuki ap50 2001, that I use to go to work on at night. My journey is down country lanes and the headlight is so dim its dangerous. The bulb looks like an oversized indicator car bulb. it is a twin contact bulb with 3 wires going into bulb holder. Can this be changed to something a bit brighter, I dont even think the bulb is halogen.

Are you sure that the bulb is working properly on dipped beam, not just showing sidelight through the lens? Had a similar problem with the early katana Ay50.
Or you could put small spots on the fork fork legs to a separate switch.

Hi its working as it should. High and low beam are awful. It shines more yellow that white. I am just looking on ebay as I think I have a ba20 bulb?? and their are halogen versions available. Trying to work it out lol
