Well my peds making a funny noise and I was wondering if you all knowing lot could help me lol.
I'm getting really pissed of with this now...so the problem is its making a funny noise, seems to be coming from transmission, have a listen to the video, listen to when i come off the revs, its like a whining down sound, O and my ped is sound really rough on idle.

Thanks in advance I owe everyone on here a lot for all the help.

First things first, your rollers are too light/small/worn.

Next, sounds like a bearing in the transmission whining

Thirdly, does your wheel turn whilst at 'idle?'

Its just started doing it so im guessing its not rollers worn, how can you tell there to light? there just the ones that came with my exhaust.
Yes my wheel turns at idle, why?

The rollers are not sitting correctly in the variator due to flats/lessened diameter/weight and so they rattle at idle. This is common when people mix roller weights too.

With an idle speed your wheel should only try to move, so your clutch springs are worn or incorrectly adjusted (dependent on type of clutch) etc and catching on the clutch bell.

Try and locate the whining noise from the transmission casing using your ears whilst someone else revs the scoot a little. Gearbox shaft, output or clutch bearing possibilities, but on listening to that again suspect the belt is actually rubbing... so is it new/old/good condition?

Have you been inside the transmission at all?

What weight rollers should I be going for with a leovince exhaust and a pm tuning crank?

Standard clutch with standard clutch springs.

Last time I had the cover off was about a week a go to spray it.

will probably be the same thing, its the bearing that the shaft that goes through the rear wheel spins in.

Ive found out what it is, the dick heads at the bike shop that did the nut up on the end of my crank put a fucked nut on and it came lose and its buckled my clutch which has now cut a groove into the casings.

if it's just a groove on the inside of the casing then it's not much damage really.

But still, the shop shouldn't have put a wrecked nut on there.

its not the crank, its the shaft the clutch goes onto.

unless ofcourse he means the variator.

The nut holding the variator has come loose has probably cut a groove into the crank like it did last time.

took it to the shop that fucked it 'cos I cant undo the clutch.

Will be having words with the lad who did it when I've got my ped back.
they let an apprentice do it.
